A verry cool thing happened this morning ,
I was on one of those mindless drives accross the bean , rice and cotton fields that are NW arkansas and SW Mo, when i suddenly relised i was going to the wrong customer ( a customer that I have been spending LOTS of time at, I guess the truck and my mind were both on auto-pilot ) , so I turned onto I55 ( Major N-S highway ) headed north , a little while later i saw this van on the side of the road with smoke rolling out of the hood I slowed down and when i saw the Louisana plates i pulled over .
The engine of the van was TOAST , something sticking out the side of it ,BIG puddle of oil and coolant . I asked where they were headed , they were going to stay with a brother in Chicago ,I asked for some ID ( to many folks trying to scam nowadays ). I called AAA and explained , the operater put me in touch with his supperviser , he called the tow truck and the tow truck driver called his paster and browed the church van( there was 8 of them all togather ) , hugs and hand shakes later and they are on their way ,
this was about 9:30am , at about 2:00pm the supperviser from AAA called me to let me know they had arranged for the family to get a ride ALL the way to Chicago !!!!!!! :biggrin: :) ;)
That made my DAY !!!!!!! :D :D :D
