The Libertines!

WAHOOOOO! These guys ROCK! They've got a great pop sense of humor like The Kinks, a punk melody style like The Clash, and some pretty entertaining lyrics, to boot. I think they're kind of a British version of The Strokes, all retro cool and the like.

I wanna play guitar for the Libertines.

The SAD thing, though, is Pete, the singer/guitar player is a dope fiend. Maybe there'll be an opening, huh?

The Libertines are FREAKIN' Awesome - I totally dig them. It is unfortunate about Pete... but they still rock.

He's kind of a music jerk. like, a music SNOB. He drives me nuts.
