On-the-job shuttle pics

Undoubtedly, everyone has heard of NASA's exploits in space this week. The removal of some material from under the shuttle that was sticking out from between one or two of the heat tiles. It was removed successfully and with great ease. Pictures beamed down from the shuttle yesterday showed some of the work. Here are a few photos that tickled my fancy.

Are the Spongebob boxers for real, or is this a 'Shop job? And, just for the record, you couldn't *drag* me into space without at least one roll of duct tape. :D
