So it's come to this, has it? A French artist has designed a line of lingerie for cows.

Apparently it has a point - to support the udders when they're heavy and full of milk. You don't want drooping udders!

Well it's certainly a European thing.

Actually I find the blue and yellow a little more alluring than the red. I did not just type that.

More evidence of the weirdness of the French.

I confess that I, too, like the blue and yellow better than the red. The red seems a bit "tarted up", like she's trying too hard.

On the hand -

truly bizarre fashion statement

on the other hand

anyone who's read the James Herriot books knows that drooping udders are bad. Cows are thick and they step on their udders if they droop too much.

I think it's about time for someone to invade thier country again because the French have WAY too much time on their hands.

They could always milk their damn cows. Send in the peace corps, we'll teach em how.

Udder supports are nothing new , but this artiste has certainly livened them up a mite. Bet there'll be some chargin' bulls in the pen tonight.

I wonder how the cows feel about this? They have beautiful eyes; I think this takes away from their eyes...
Damn. I'm glad it's Friday.

May I be the first to say

Mooo la la!"

I bet that:
a) They like the diminished pain in their udders.
b) They dislike the itching and pressure of the straps.
c) They make no connection between the two.

Yip, the French have way too much time on their hands. I think they need to go back to turning their backs when the Little Giant pees. That almost seemed more worthwhile.

The blue and gold isn't supporting anything but they might have left it loose for a cleavage shot.
Man's quest for bigger and bigger udders has resulted in frivolous and expensive accoutrements on all fronts.
