Bwahahahaha!!!

I can't stop laughing every time I see this one. Apparently there is no serious reason for it... it's a fashion statement, "launched by a group of designers working in Austria and Japan." full story

Austrian Edgar Honetschlaeger said he decided to work with the Japanese on the project because he hoped to make the chicken label clothing essential. He said "It's something that you don't really need but everyone wants to have anyway".

Absolutely! Absolutely! Every chicken must be suited.

Isn't that outfit from the spring Paris Hilton collection? Maybe not, doesn't show enough breast.

Silent • Jun 8, 2005 10:59 am

I think the collar and cuffs really bring out the color in her wattle...........the shape harkens back to her egg roots..........I give it a nine.
magilla • Jun 8, 2005 11:39 am
I've heard of chicken with dressing, but that's just silly.
mhartzel • Jun 8, 2005 11:44 am
Seeing as the collar does not zip open, do you have to choke the chicken to put it's head in the hole?
mrnoodle • Jun 8, 2005 1:17 pm
There's no opening at the bottom either. The zipper must be for when the chicken goes to the bathroom. Hence, the fowl in question must be a.......(drumroll for lumberjim).........
ferkelparade • Jun 8, 2005 1:53 pm
...dixie chick? :P
BigV • Jun 8, 2005 2:26 pm
all y'all're wrong. Them's BOXING TRUNKS! Only a chicken would put the waist up under the arm(wing)pits, a'la Steve Erckle. Chicken Indeed!!!

I was thinking it looked like it had been stuffed into a bowling bag ... or would that be fowling bag in this case? Somehow I think the SPCA would take a major spaz on if tried to use a chicken for bowling... though the desperate flapping of wings just might nock down a few more pins as you threw it down the alley.

Then again... it could also be an outfit to bring Mertle the Parachick up to 21st century standards ...

(10 points to anybody here who gets the Parachick reference)

Silly geek, chicken bowling is done with frozen chickens. :rollhappy
chrisinhouston • Jun 8, 2005 8:26 pm
It's not enough that we raise them from chicks and feed them lots of nice food, inject them with lots of unecessary stuff and finally roast them in our ovens, NOW WE MAKE THEM WEAR CLOTHES???

Given my country's current rabid right wing "Christian" government I can only hope they put in a wardrobe malfunction clause for the Chickens! :dead:
capnhowdy • Jun 8, 2005 8:40 pm
I'm aroused.
I could just eat her.
They call this breed the Rhode Island Red. They don't all come from Rhode Island. Some of them come from Capnhowdy's yard.
But I don't eat them. I only eat animals other people kill.
Which is to say; I only kill animals other people eat.
Imagine that..........................

Sun_Sparkz • Jun 9, 2005 1:13 am
*sigh*

The poor thing would be freaked out. Poor chicken. I feel sorry for it. These people should be made to wear the SAME outfit and have rocks thrown at them. How could you catch it and have it sit still enough to put on the jacket?! Dispicable. just teribble......blah blah blah

There.. i said it
mrnoodle • Jun 9, 2005 12:39 pm
You think that's hard, imagine how difficult it was to catch Mike Tyson and get em on him.

The look on this chicken's face makes you think he doesn't have a coherent thought in it's head. However what he's really thinking is ... "...kill me now. Please. Have me with gravey....anyone." Oh the embarrasment, oh the shame.

HAHA check this out!

Ha ha indeed. But the "satisfied customer" bird in the picture looks quite pissed off.

You get to know the look of death, although it's much more effective from a large hookbill that you've just told you've run out of pizza.
