home! awesome. By all accounts it's like a gigantic crab orgy. The mind boggles.

why is it that "crabs" and "orgy" go together so... naturally?

Dr Ray Stantz: Of course you forget, Peter. I was present at an undersea, unexplained mass sponge migration.
Dr. Peter Venkman: Ray, the sponges migrated about a foot-and-a-half.

 Ghostbusters - one of the most quotable movies.

this is truely an amazing find.. the spider crabs are never usually found in groups any more than 4 at any one time.. I wonder what is happening?

Maybe they're electing a new crab pope.
He said they're not edible.....that's silly. Throw them in the garbage soup pot that simmers on the back of the stove for weeks on end. They'll be edible all right. ;)

I love the instructions on this link. Of course, being blind, I can't see them.
I recently learned,(not to veer from topic) that horseshoe crabs aren't crabs at all. They are spiders. Imagine that.

Talking of orgys in The Cellar I'm reminded of some Oxford Uni college parties we used to crash in my early 20's/
Actually in the basement but they used to suspend cloth from the ceilings leaving about 3 ft clearance so you could'nt easily stand up, then there was a chute/slide inserted through the window. Install sound system and turn out the lights and instant party.
So off with the shoes, bottle with two plastic glasses or 6/12 pack in hand and in you go. Hopefully to find a friend.
