Nicely done. Good focus contrast between foreground and background too. I like that. The background seems kind of like a memory, and the seed the hope for the future.

Thanks. I actually edited the duck photo to take out a woman with a stroller and some orange tape keeping tourists away from the duck. I think it worked out OK.
Great shots HM. I've never seen a duck nest in tree, other than a wood duck.
