Hairy poll

lookout123 • Apr 22, 2005 12:20 pm
Inspired by BreakingNews and a few others delving into a comparison of ethnic propensity for hairiness... We bring you a new poll.

This poll is for everyone.

Women: do you like your man hairy, natural, trimmed, or shaved?

Men: do you like your women natural, trimmed, clean shaved?

Feel free to be like breakingnews and share just a little TMI. ;)
glatt • Apr 22, 2005 12:24 pm
Just to be clear, are we only talking about the naughty bits?

Getting a hair cut, or shaving a beard is not part of your poll, right?

Where is the poll?
lookout123 • Apr 22, 2005 12:28 pm
sorry - I got sidetracked. the poll is up now... *beavis laughing*

This is primarily about naughty bits. i, for one, would not hook up with anyone with backhair or a beard thicker than my own.

but make the poll your own and talk about what you want.
lookout123 • Apr 22, 2005 12:30 pm
i personally prefer there to be a little something there, although shaved clean is a lot of fun as well. i still prefer just a little hint of a landing strip.
glatt • Apr 22, 2005 12:34 pm
I was gonna vote "natural" but then saw "who cares?" and that fits better for me. I'm not opposed to trimmed or shaven, so I guess I think it's all good.
breakingnews • Apr 22, 2005 12:39 pm
Oh, well, for the record, I wasn't talking about the hair down *there*, per se, but yeah, I'll go with it. Sign me up for "Bald like a 10-year-old."
chainsaw • Apr 22, 2005 1:37 pm
Well, I voted for "Hair? What hair?" because I wasn't thinking about the hangy down parts. Mr. chainsaw couldn't grow a beard to save his life. He has 7 hairs in the middle of his chest and a few around the nipples, but that's it. He shaved his junk once. It looked funny. We're both thinking about going to get waxed... Brazilian style. ;)
wolf • Apr 22, 2005 1:40 pm
I gotta go with natural.

If I unexpectedly encountered primped, coifed, or shaved into a little heart I think I would just bust out laughing.

Even my queer friends don't do that shit.
lookout123 • Apr 22, 2005 1:42 pm
as for myself, i keep myself trimmed pretty close. not waxed or shaved, mind you, but clippered down pretty close for the chest and naughty bits. it's cleaner, etc. (no shapes or designs - just all the same length.)

*hey! what is that? that little spot way off in the distance? ooooh, that is the line of TMI...* :o
jaguar • Apr 22, 2005 1:48 pm
think I'm pretty much with lookout on this one. See, we can agree on things! The whole shapes thing always struck me as a little too much attention to detail.
mrnoodle • Apr 22, 2005 3:44 pm
I've seen a woman with a tattoo of a lawnmower headed from her tummy down. She shaves the part where the lawnmower's been. It was pretty funny.
lookout123 • Apr 22, 2005 3:53 pm
either that woman really gets around or it is a fairly common tattoo.
SILVERWOLFNC • Apr 22, 2005 4:10 pm
In the 70's men had to be hairy, in the 80's men had to be trimed, in the 90 men had to be waxed. In 2000 we have seen things come and go from the past 4 decades. Now everything seems to be a combination of those era's. I personally perfer to trim instead of going bushy. As for how I like women's hair, I like it shaved or trimed. If its the legs or under arms definetly shaved. I've seen the hairsuite sites and pics on the internet and have come to the conclusion hairy women are just not my thing.

welcome silverwolf. it's always interesting to see which threads entice someone into their first post.
OnyxCougar • Apr 22, 2005 5:02 pm
I shave most of it, and leave a little bit at the top, so I don't go completely crazy between shavings.

I prefer trimmed down. Less hair in the teeth that way.

Thanks look out. I'm glad to see Onyx is online I hope she is doing well
Tonchi • Apr 22, 2005 5:13 pm
Well geez! Why didn't you be more specific? I did the poll before I read the posts here and assumed you were talking about the points spread between Bigfoot and ET :(

While we are at it, add to the "yeah sure" list the male statement "Oooo, I love it when a woman is really hairy down there".
SILVERWOLFNC • Apr 22, 2005 5:14 pm
Hi Thanks for the welcolme. I'm glad to see OnyxCougar has posted on this topic as well :jig: just remeber guys use the beard shaver that has the gaurd on it and set for #3 or #4 as men can bleed very badly if cut down there :thepain2:
lookout123 • Apr 22, 2005 5:27 pm
nope, no guard. just skill and experience. ;)
jaguar • Apr 22, 2005 7:50 pm
Sign me up for "Bald like a 10-year-old."

What a way with words.
Catwoman • Apr 25, 2005 5:15 am
I voted 'natural' because then you know what you're getting into... it will all change when the relationship reaches 'that stage' anyway. Not that I am averse to a sorry mess, or a finely crafted lawn. I don't really care. Depends on the guy. Beard-wise, I like a bit of stubble, especially when they... nevermind.

What about that long-enough-to-be-like-sandpaper point though?
Catwoman • Apr 25, 2005 11:37 am
No, that's not good. Just enough to be.... tantalising, without being... grating. I think you get the idea.
Catwoman • Apr 25, 2005 11:41 am
Oh and please, Silverwolf, if you're going to post regularly, remove all those smilies, they're very painful on the eye.
ashke • Apr 25, 2005 12:15 pm
I chose trimmed because I like neat. I like it that he would take care of his appearance (at least the most basic).

And I was thinking head hair not the down there hair when I voted. ^_^;;;
cowhead • Apr 25, 2005 12:46 pm
I think it's kinda fun to change it up a bit, so I suppose.. yes to all, and odd as it may sound uh... have you ever tried it both shaved? it's a really odd feeling, although kinda fun.. *blushing*

Isn't it the other way round? Hair is sharp and pointy until it's long enough to lay over, isn't it?

Anyway, although the "bald as a 10 year old" does stimulate me some, I've never been sadistic enough to request it. Always a voluntary surprise on her part as I only request a little trimming to keep my beard from doing the velcro thing.
It can be a big help depending on the individual. I've found Redheads tend to have hair that's fine and more sparse so you can see a lot of skin through it whereas Mediterranean and African women can often block the noon day sun from ever reaching the nether regions.

But it's not that important considering it's such a small part of her appearance and her appearance is only 10% of her.
You know, of course, for many wives it's only exposed for 2 minutes a couple times a month. :(

reluctantly, at the request of my girlfriend at the time.

I looked like I had been prepped for surgery. If there's anything uglier than shorn male naughty bits, I don't know what it is. :greenface

You've got a beard right? I find when I shave about 12-15h later or so it's just the right length to strip furniture, by 24h or so it's nowhere near as bad as it's long enough to sort of move when pressed against rather than just grate.

Always a voluntary surprise on her part as I only request a little trimming to keep my beard from doing the velcro thing.

In a strange way that reminded me of the first time i kissed another person with a tongue bar, there was a very, very disconcerting moment when they sortalmost got tangled.

LOL. i am working on a proposal on one screen so i am just sort of scanning the cellar posts between clicks... anyway, i SWEAR the first time i read jag's post i thought it said "...the first time i kissed another person with a beard..."

i about shit.
wolf • Apr 26, 2005 1:57 pm
It's weird enough when you read it straight.

"So," I thought, "this is the new millenium's answer to the challenge of kissing with braces."

And then I thought about the potential tragedies that could result from giving head by someone with tongue and lip jewelry to someone with a PA. Which lead to further painful thoughts.

Oh dear.

I have to go wash my mind out with soap now.
jaguar • Apr 26, 2005 3:38 pm
lip rings, tongue bars, bellybutton piercings, clit rings it's a whole complicated world fraught with danger. Of course you rarely hear someone saying they want to take it out afterwards.
wolf • Apr 27, 2005 2:05 am
If the encounter itself doesn't require a set of needlenosed pliers and some visegrips, yeah, I've heard it's an "enhancer".

I have no need to learn about this first hand.
Catwoman • Apr 27, 2005 4:38 am
I don't like piercings, don't see the point of them. And I'd be too worried about it catching on something.
