$350 million per pilot

Can you justify a plane that can only fight 'plane to plane' and cannot even do what the A-10, F-15 & F-16 do? 380 planes at something under $350 million per plane. What happens when those who advocate war dominate the economy? A rather good look at the details.

Let's not forget a whole another series of planes that does these things must be built - Joint Strike Fighter. Many saw the JSF 'fly off' between Boeing and Northrup Grumman on PBS. Do we pay twice?

Wharever they decide I'd still like to see them build some A-10s, or at least rebuild the few they have left. For armored vehicle killing and ground support, helicopters are too damn fragile. :mad:
