How I would take Falluja.
Drop $50 million in the center of Falluja. Doesn't have to be the actual money, only a symbol. Arrange teams of Montana Militia, South Central Bloods (and Crips, natural animosities will help the drama), assorted 'Dirty Dozen' types (the ones who actually hit their targets when they shot at them), even old Bay of Pigs vets who want another chance. Six to eight men and/or women per team. Tribe names like Amazon Women. The Gay Brigade. Ocean's 7. There will need to be hundreds of teams. Start them off from the outskirts and work in. Marines supply rear sweeps and security only. Make sure Jeff Probst is embedded with the most macho team, and taken out early. First team that gets to the money wins all.
