Seatlle Aurorae

The link below will take you to a series of time-lapse shots of the Aurora Borealis visible in Seattle earlier this week. The guy who took them strung them into a .wmv file. Very, very cool.

This one was taken in Warrensburg, Missouri the other night.

Was the credit on that Vic Winter? If so, I used to be in the Kansas City Astronomical Society with him and his wife. He has a place down there that is pretty dark skies, or so they say, and he does most of the astro pic stuff that runs in the KC Star.

Do you know which night this was? I missed it, damn it all.
