Though given the country where it's hosted, I imagine it won't last long.

That reminds me, clicking the "mad" smilie with the cross eyes, tongue out and brown dreds (or leaves) yields this. :mad:

We could probably use one of the "tinfoil hat" smilies too. I've seen one somewhere ...

Are there any 'smack upside the head' smilies? I'd imagine that one could get used alot, especially in the politics thread :D

I would like a flogging a dead horse, too. (at this rate we're going to have ten pages of increasingly elaborate smileys we have to page through)

With enough smileys, we could reduce communication here at The Cellar to a very basic iconic language.

We probably really only need :flipbird: and :finger:

Ooo...I like it. But I was thinking more of a slap to the back of the head that'd knock a victim forward...a "Shut up, boy!" kind of swat.

I take it there's places to search smilies that aren't born from or riddled with pop-ups...

Google image search sometimes works.

And LadySycamore posted a really long list of them at one point ... from the (*gasp*) Prince forum or something.

Quick note on this... I try to add a lot of 'em, but I *have* been sticking to the same style set on these. If you google for smilies or search around for sets of them, like I have, you'll find a lot of em in slightly different styles, or made to be larger, or etc. This kinda breaks the spirit of the smilie family. I think it's funny that they are multi-racial but for the most part only one species.

vbulletin itself introduced a gradient to the basic smilie which broke the notion. But it wasn't too bad :)
