Not only is he flubbing his delivery, which can't be charged to fatigue since he's been doing it all night, but he is throwing out all these bits of Southern colloquia like candy. I shit you not, I have heard:

"Are your fingernails sweating?" - have to admit to never hearing that one before
"Go pop a cold one" - hahaha
There are numerous others that don't come to mind just now, but it is hilarious and I hope to see it again. I think he is truly upset about the election results.
