Hate E-mail

I got this email today. It's spam, but it's a different kind of spam. It read;

Hey vsrtl, Israeli's Trying to Control USA in next 12 Years so guys beware now before its too late. gzhjwuxxiyqfasjbrjtfvemoostzkpgitymyszwlneishnolghidzoxwxmbfofxdlxzyfcmgbumgtpuxnjiknwcxexidptq rniuyb

It came from, "jewishsucks-badnation-badpeopxo@imj.org.il <jewishsucks-badnation-badpeopxo@imj.org.il>" with a subject line of, "Isreali's killing christains, USA will knwi".
Not being a geek, that's all I can tell you about it. Has anybody seen this or know who's behind it? Some group?

I really don't get it. Is reading this suppose to make me say, "I didn't know that, I'll have to hate Jews now"? How stupid is that?
If I'm antisemitic, I'll read that and say "Hell, yeah" and if I'm not, I'll say "WTF". What have they accomplished? Seems kinda silly to me. :confused:

Email harvester, most likely. There's a healthy portion of spam that I get that looks like spam for the sake of spam, not really trying to get me to do anything or want anything. It's like it's sent to Inboxes just because the Inboxes are there.

Alpha, I forwarded it to gazzos. Is the JDL now coming for me with pitchforks and torches? :worried:

Mari, I wondered about that too. It looks like it came the same way the other spam does. I don't know what it costs to make those mass/multi mailings, but one of the reasons I posted it was to see if anyone lurking out there might have received it too.

I started getting some stuff like that in my Yahoo account earlier this year and ignored it for the most part until I opened one with the attention line of "Ever seen real child porn?" It had the same domain name as some of the other goobledygook I'd been getting, but it made me wonder. So I (stupidly) opened it, and now I can answer with a resounding yes to their question. It made me puke.
My IP told me to give it to Yahoo since it came to one of their addresses, and I got about 30 automated responses from Yahoo. I did everything they told me to do, like sending the entire headers, etc., but they never did anything. I pretty much abandoned the account after I received another one at that account.

Indeed. Send stuff that is offensive enough to generate an indignant response, then check that address off as valid.
