you know, i stopped into the PETA board and scanned through real quick.

the question was "since becoming vegan/vegetarian, what food do you have the hardest time resisting?"

answer:
It's funny; when I ate meat, I HATED hot dogs and bologna, yet that is one of my biggest cravings now. I'd kill for a hot dog.

I'd kill for a hot dog  isn't that the whole point of PETA? you don't want to kill? LMAO

yes, i'm easily amused.

<sniff, sniff> Hmmm...post count of 2 <sniff, sniff>...

Smells like Spam for supper! That's made from pork shoulder, you know.

so what does that mean, folks just open an account so they can pop in and post links to their pet projects? i don't understand how spam works on a board.

Yup.

well that's bullshit. we need a solution. got it - we hire a team of assassins who are also top notch computer types. when a spammer pops up, they track the spammer down and dispatch a fast action team to the spammer's location and put 2 in the back of the head. problem solved.

or i guess we could just ignore them.

Yup...two posts, and both of them having to do with musical groups associating themselves with PETA.

Agenda? Yes.

I thought something was a little odd about that Deftones thread the other day. I actually think I was just aggravated since I like the Deftones and would have assumed they were smarter than to be dicking around with PETA.

But yeah, looks like you guys are right - we're 2 for 2.

Speaking of peta, I just saw a good segment about them on "Bullshit!" yesterday.

Until you actually hear some of the words coming out of their mouths it's hard to believe they actually believe some of this stuff.

They have a couple interesting statistics as well.

also speaking of PETA, where has our oppressed little activist been?

I'm not answering any questions without my attorney being present.

Damn! I haven't been able to catch that episode of Bullshit yet. When we went from satellite to cable, I didn't bother ordering Showtime until late in the season, having forgotten about Dead Like Me and Bullshit, and when I remembered, it was already the middle of the season. So far I've seen the ones on funerals, profanity, genetics vs. diet and exercise, AA, and maybe one or two more. Do you know when that one will air again?

Oh, man...how can you forget about Dead Like Me? It has been mostly *awesome* this season. My current favorite show!
