Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy, Parts 3, 4 and 5.

For all you fans of the original Hitchhiker's guide, BBC Radio 4 has brought together most of the original cast and recorded the dramatisation of the final parts of the ( 5 part) trilogy. Using Adam's own script and even including his voice in a small role recorded some 18 months before his death.

The first episode was broadcast this evening and will be repeated on Thursday after which it will be available online for 1 week ( when it will be replaced by the next episode)

That is, by far, the best thing ever. I'd like to see them release the whole she-bang on one form of media or another, simply because I predict that, sometime after our lifetimes, Douglas Adams will be considered required reading in schools the way Mark Twain and Kurt Vonnegut are now.
