One of my buds runs this lil forum and i was wondering if some of ya'll could put your two cents in. He seems a bit.. confused on the issues surrounding this election, particularly the war on terror. His site

Actually he's just very misinformed, not really extreme per say. I grew up w/ this lad and he's pretty alright. I was just thinkin that one of you more enlightened folk could fill him in on a few things better than my primate-esque brain could.

I'm sure your friend has many fine points, otherwise, he wouldn't be your friend, right? I have discovered, though, that people mostly have to find out things for themselves, and at 18 or 19 I knew far more than the people who were the age I am now. I wish I was still that smart as I was back then! Your friend may be acting a little outrageous just for grins. Maybe he'll come around or maybe he won't. Its really about having an open heart and mind - things that you can't really argue another person into be willing to have.
