9/10/2004: New dog ear-length record

This guy's name is Jack, and he lives in Frankfurt Germany. His ears are 33.2 cm long, and that puts him in the Guinness book this year. Most impressive!

OK. How did they get that picture? Lots of hairspray on the ears?

You know, this must be a pretty ephemeral record. Didn't we just have an IOTD demonstrating this particular achievement a couple of months ago?

Take a picture laying on his back and photoshop the sky. ;)

Impressive ears. Ugly dog.

Pity, gaffatape and fishing wire would have done the job and given a picture that required much less work.

I think the dog is quite probably very beautiful seen from a sensible angle. Who of us wouldn't look really weird and possibly ugly photographed from that angle? Got gorgeous nostrils anybody? Flared or not....
