Help Me My Accounts Broken!

I wasn't able to access the cellar yesterday and today I am here, but I cannot login as my original AlphaRaptor. I triple checked my password, spelling, and caps lock but it won't work. I tried to get an email with my password sent to me, but my email wasn't found.

Was there a problem yesterday? Was my account deleted or something? Can you help me? :confused:
