2/8: Beetle off bridge

Did you happen to catch this news item? As a prank, canadian engineering students used cabling to hang a VW beetle off the Golden Gate bridge.

I wish I had a copy of it, but some of you might remember about 7-8 years back, when a guy climbed to the top of the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and then parachuted off it. I wonder if there is a copy I can find out there...hmmmm....
