Lookin' good! Did you use a dry rub on them before the roasting?
Lets see. One had Montreal Rub, Next had Tonys, 1 had Sata sauce. Other had chili paste. Other was a drunk sob! :D
Sweet mother of God, those look delectable! Showoff! :D
We moved into a townhouse this past spring and the condo association doesn't allow grilling, so of late I just drink beer out of bottles and eat oven-barbequed chicken. My dad makes beer can chicken often though and it is always yummy - I make him slice off big chunks for me so I don't have to see any bones.
I'm jealous.
Cabela's
now there is a midwesterner. my inlaws buy everything from that catalog. and the company just went public too, so now you can own a little piece of 'em.
We just got a retail store in Hamburg.
I must make pilgrimmage. I would have gone opening weekend but the crowds were pretty nasty ... despite the overly huge parking lot for the store, folks had to be transported in from remote locations by bus.

Been there...done that. Nice, but not worth the hype, IMO. It's just a big camping store with stuffed hunting trophys.
