Lookin' good! Did you use a dry rub on them before the roasting?

Cabela's sells a roaster with can holder(s) that works well on gas grills (smaller and retangular). when we make it we call it 'butt drunk chicken' and it's even better if you put a smoke box with apple wood chips in with it. mmmmmmmmmmmm...... :drunk:

Beer Can Chicken Cooker Item: UD-515356

Sweet mother of God, those look delectable! Showoff! :D

We moved into a townhouse this past spring and the condo association doesn't allow grilling, so of late I just drink beer out of bottles and eat oven-barbequed chicken. My dad makes beer can chicken often though and it is always yummy - I make him slice off big chunks for me so I don't have to see any bones.

I'm jealous.

We just got a retail store in Hamburg.

I must make pilgrimmage. I would have gone opening weekend but the crowds were pretty nasty ... despite the overly huge parking lot for the store, folks had to be transported in from remote locations by bus.

Been there...done that. Nice, but not worth the hype, IMO. It's just a big camping store with stuffed hunting trophys.
