Creepy fans turn only with the breeze that blows through this empty structure. The building is well over 100 years old, so no one can even guess when these were installed. When was the last time you saw a fan with blades made of copper?

While the decay has the quality of good old PA rust, this dilapidation isn't due to decades of snowy winters. This oxidation is being helped along by salt from the ocean, as the building is in downtown Tampa.
