I have seen what happens when someone hits a deer with car and even a tractor trailer but this just takes the cake in terms of grosseness factor.

I nailed a deer in our brand-new (barely a month old) minivan back in June 2002. It was on I-81 just a bit south of Winchester, VA. It was quite scary--the fact that the deer hit on the corner, at the headlight, meant that it bounced back off to the side, instead of likely creating a scene like the one pictured here.
man! that's pretty nasty! oh well let's scoop him up and have road kill!!:D i've got pictures at work of 2 deer (a buck and a doe) that met their fate with a Beechcraft King Air turbo prop aiplane. grotesque but this one beats it.....

Luckily this is not my car. I obtained these images via email from a friend of mine. He says he got them from his cousin who attends The University of Wisconsin at Madison. Apparently the car belonged to a fellow student. I can't positive that this is true but I trust my friend. The sheer amount of splatter seems unlikely.
Just out of curiosity, how fast would one have to be going for that degree of damage? It would seem to me that it would have to be waaay faster than they SHOULD be going, and while I feel bad for the deer, I don't feel bad for the asshole who was speeding.

Oh, man...Pulp Fiction is the first thing I thought of when I saw those pics.
Coming through that windshield is like a meat grinder. You could do that at highly legal speeds as deer tend to be quite breakable.
Since hitting deer is so common, the net is loaded with similar pictures and quite often it's the drivers side, too.:vomit:
