Wow, I think I actually had a knock-off when I was a kid. And here I thought it was just a crappy kids' bike. (This opinion was reinforced when I stepped on the pedal, and the bike broke in two.)

But man, those things were $50-130 .. in 1968! What's that in today's dollars?

I loved my Stingray. It was blue. With a white banana seat.

I may have to get a bicycle again. They make these with adult-size frames, right?

The Today Show had the hosts try out these bikes a few weeks ago on the plaza outside of their building. They looked like they had a lot of fun riding around. :D
