The upcoming "Passion of the Easter Bunny" episode has the potential to break new grounds of offensiveness. This is a good thing.

I mean I thought last nights part with Cartman & Kyle and Cartman saying he couldn't drop the num-chucks becuase his jew blood wouldn't let him get rid of something he paid money for!!

And I guess the whole Kenny-killing tradition died years ago, but I miss it.

Oh my god yes. In the last several seasons it's moved away from the "Mr. Hanky" style humor and gone almost totally political. The older episodes are alright, I guess, but the last two seasons especially have been just freaking hilarious.

I love how sometimes you don't know what political statement they're making until way late in the show--like last night, seriously, did ANYONE see where they were going to go with it before the punchline was delivered in City Hall? Even when Cartman was on the stage, I didn't see it coming.

This is a new season, so I'm hoping this is the Kenny's revenge season, and he gets to maim someone in each episode. So by the end of the season, the whole town is sporting Kenny-related injuries.

Cartman's "wardrobe malfunction" was off-the-charts funny, but Butters (as usual) made the episode.

(Actually, it's hard to decide between Cartman's "invisibility," Cartman turning Kyle into a chicken or Butters-the-dog as my favorite highlight. Or maybe "Prove Mel Gibson wrong, Kyle.")

Up The Down Steroid wasn't quite up to last week's level, but wasn't bad, either. Where else on TV can you see a Special Olympian in the throes of violent 'roid rage?

And, GEEZ, Season 8 is one potshot after another at Mel Gibson, and the trailer for next week was cringe-inducing. I am _so_ there.

Eh. Pretty boilerplate. And it seems that Kenny won't be getting his revenge as I'd hoped.

But next week's looks good.
