Got this off of Fark. Some unintentional humor as said by Jessica Simpson:

Simpson, whose verbal gaffes are also legendary, pulled another one Sunday visiting the White House, our sources say. The singer was introduced to Interior Secretary Gale Norton and gushed: "You've done a nice job decorating the White House."

In this case, I wouldn't bust on her too much...I barely know what they do myself, beyond the BIA.

you know, after watching her reality show a few times, i can honestly say that i like her. i think that the stupid things she says are cute and innocent, and she seems like a genuinely nice person.

Jessica, upon meeting the Sultan:

"You know, if you would stop 'sultan everybody people would like you better"

On meeting the Mullah:

"I've heard mullahs were long on top and short on the bottom. Why do you have that rag on your head?"

On meeting the Secretary of the Interior:

"Oh, isn't that the job that Monica Whats-her-name used to have?"

I think she's an all around good person, and she's probably smart (on an average). I think that the things that she says are from a place of honesty, and not so much "blonde stupidity". I also think that people made too much of a big deal out of the Chicken Of The Sea thing. I mean hell, even *I* was wondering what that meant, and if you saw her asking about it, she *did* say that she knew it was tuna, but why does it say "chicken". An honest question, I thought. :)
