I tune into C-Span, and what do I find? Take a look.

As a *lower case* godless american I find it interesting a group like this is as big as it is. We actually have a small group here on campus at Southeastern Louisiana Univ.

I also am slightly distressed that people who espouse such free-thinking are forced to caste themselves to gain any amount of legitimacy.

I'm one of the gods-full (as in more than one) americans who doesn't even have a chance for a space at the table.

I'm with Wolf. I like as many gods and goddesses as I can get, and that seems to not be terribly popular these days in the good old USA.

On the other hand, neither Pagans nor Atheists will be knocking on your door on an early Saturday morning, trying to sell you magazines.

Thanks. I might donate to this group. If the Founders were still alive, they'd most definately support them too.

If the Founders were still alive, few people would support this group. ;)

But, yeah.

'A potential voting block'??

I hope not! I would hate to see athiesm become a hot political issue.
