Court rejects challenge to Kansas sodomy law: Differing penalties for heterosexual, homosexual contact upheld
The appeals panel said Friday that decision did not apply to sex acts involving children.
Nor should it. The penalty should be stiffer for buggering children.
But should the penalty be greater if a homosexual act is committed?
Well duh, stupid! :)
Kansas never ceases to amaze me...

I don't think you're allowed to use "stiffer", "buggering" and "children" in the same sentence...
Quzah.
Goddamn Quzah...that was funny.
I've always thought that the parents of the victim of child abuse should be allowed to put the offender's cock in a car door and slam it shut.
Haven't figured out what to do with female offenders, though. Ideas?
That acronym means something really horrible doesn't it ... something I shouldn't ask about. But I will. Whuzzzat?
EDIT: Oh, wait. I figgered it out. seconds after I posted. Never mind.
I was thinking more of just shoot them (male and female) in the head and leave the bodies to rot in the public square.
Killing them is the easy way out, IMO...and doing so in the manner you suggest would be a public health hazard.
A "sodomy battle"?
Sounds like something I'd avoid at all costs. I mean, it's one thing to have people shooting guns at you, but...
Seriously, though, the penalties should be the same for *sexual child molesters. Standardize on the harsher set.
Punish sodomites by putting them in jail?
Punish gluttons by putting them in the pantry.
