Wonder if there is any copyright infringement on that name (and if Daniel Miller has seen it yet...wink!). ;)

Actually, it would be a registered trademark, not a copyright. And if "Mute" and its logo were registered trademarks, they would say so on their CDs.

This doesn't take away from the fact that Mute kicks ass. Hopefully EMI will leave them the fuck alone.

Damn nice (multiplatform support is nice too) but it doesn't work too well if the majority of the userbase has highdownload/low upload.

eMule is still better with a firewall blocking all IP ranges associated with RIAA and MPAA

Since the RIAA has been hiring freelancers to track users, how can they keep track of all of the ranges?
