... and then we went to the Flt 93 crash site in Shanksville, Pa. Pretty sad sight, but I'm glad we made the effort to go.

I realized I forgot to explain that last photo.

We were leaving and I happened to glance at one of the dump sites just past the Flt 93 memorial ... I always wondered where those things went after us middle school assholes filled their money slots with glue and busted up the front panels with chairs and fire extinguishers.

Neat to see all the rocks in photo #2 -- I always like that aspect of Jewish tradition. (Rocks last longer than flowers.) Quite a powerful memorial.
