Yeah, we've already had this discussion:rolleyes: . See "Surf's Up" thread in Quality Images. Of course I'm the only idiot who still thinks it's a shark, but heaven forbid I contradict snopes.com:p , or the guy who took the friggin pic because he would never try to pull anybody's leg:rolleyes: .

Snopes is irrefutable because they don't post an opinion on something until they have done enough research that said opinion is fact. Fact is irrefutable.

didn't realize we'd already seen this one, and that it would get dave so riled up... ...
for what it's worth, I don't think it's 100% proof that it's not a shark... the original pic and the followup could have been taken hours apart for all we know... and the original pic could have distored the dorsal fin and fluke through the water's refraction (reflection?)
