Black mayor...whose office gazes upon 50 flagpoles. Once upon a time, all states flags flew gracefully upon the curved bridge which overlooks the river. Mayor Coleman got tired of looking out and seeing various offensive flags.
so he took em all down, and now we have State/City/State/City all the way home.
