Food as Art

My last ex, for all her many faults, was a hella cook. She always preached...uh, where was I...Oh, presentation was just as important as spices. If you like the looks of it, you'll be pleased even if the taste is so-so.
I remember Julia Childs saying if it looks great, somebodies hands have been all over it.
So do you think the look is important or gimme a paper plate and a TV or magazine to look at while I wolf it down?



Pretty food

Trying something new? Looks matter.

Old, reliable standby? Shovel it in.

I think skinny people eat at a table, and the food looks good.

The rest of us...........tv trays, baybee.

      Table? I prefer buffet...
