Love those cubbies. But the heart is a delicate thing, oft broken.
I love them, as all Cubs fans, with a love that denieth understanding.
However, when the inevitable happens, I shall STILL love them, once they have snatched defeat from the jaws of certain victory.
I just hope that "that guy" doesn't watch any of the games this year. (you know, the guy who guarantees a loss by seeing or hearing any part of the game. Could someone find him and maybe keep him in a lead box until the series is over??)
