She looks fine to me... but she's got to avoid that facial expression in the second photo. I think she's trying for "sexy and alluring", but ending up with "used car salesman".

(it's all in the softening of the shadows, see. try some available light shots of the same chicks you're shooting with flash)

looks like a drunken stupor to me. thats the one I usually have at least...
