8/3: Undies protest

In the tradition of the naked protesters, but these guys haven't quite finished the job, so their protests will probably go unheard. These are unemployed construction workers in Peru (another S. American image!), stripping to demand employment. Cmon, guys, without the full monty how are you going to get work? The unemployment rate in Peru is about 50%.

Hell, I'LL give them a job if they'll just get dressed...

If that's the case, than the full monte is truly their best option, "ahhhhh, my eyes!"
