gone fishing

here is a picture from last friday, august 29th in the port of galveston. we went fishing for snapper. seas were a rough 4-6 feet with the occasional 8 footer! yep, people were getting sick alright!:vomit: anyway, these clouds were from tropical storm grace. i thought this wasn't a bad sunrise shot. kinda new at this so let me know what y'all think. (had to reduce the quality of the pic to upload though :( )

Nice picture! Is that a light house or marker bouy in the center.

i'm not sure! i'll have to do a flyby and see. i think it's a bouy, but it could be the old look out tower. we used to have a base there during WW-I so i'll look into it!

I have readily admitted to not knowing jack shit about computers, but on my computer I had to scroll right to see the rest of the pic which seemed like it was big enough to fit on two computer screens. This took away from enjoying the pic as a whole. If I may make a suggestion, try to reduce the size of the pic before posting which I think will eliminate the need to reduce the quality too. Not sure, ask NBN, he seems to know what he's doing, at least when he's not drunk or on acid:p

yeah, NBN got home last night after i posted it and it was late. i'll fix it tonight. (first time to use photoshop:eek: )

Well done, now I can't see the lighthouse thingy. If you'd done it this way the first time, you could have avoided the pesky questions.:D
