Debut releases that don’t disappoint…

Listened to the new Thorns CD. Heavy folk, light rock. But still, pretty decent. Here are some recommendations. Weigh in with your thoughts.

BTW, I don't know how many people here watch the Sundance Channel, but tonight is the final episode of Keeping Time: New Music From America's Roots at 7:30. I love that show. Joe Firstman is going to be on the show since it's about songwriting, or at least I think that's what it's about - the episode's title is "Art Of Song". Anyways, I thought that was an interesting coincidence since I mentioned him in my first post. It's pretty impressive that he's on the show when you consider how young he is.
