Well i've been going to This site ever since it first opened:
This guy is creating an animated movie on his old G3 and a small render-farm. All of this done in an archaic 3D software... but MAN is IT AWESOME. He's keeping a diary of the progress and some of the issues he's run into, as well as how he does what he does. I suggest clicking on the diary link at the top and then the back button on the bottom so you can read all of his entries.

I know thes probably should be in the website of the day forum.... but frankly i don't like it, and it seems like more people come here. Besides we can discuss them here. You really can't discuss them on SOTD forum.
