Bulk change of address notification.

I wondered if it is possible for Mods and/or UT to send a bulk Email to site members advising of the closure plans and the address of our new home?

Those who post infrequently and others who have disappeared from the site might be nudged into contributing once again.

This is reminiscent of a science fiction plot device. Most recently I'm thinking of the Expanse.
