Filtering out all the evidence, here's what we know about chocolate...

Improves mental stability.
Reduce risk of insanity.
Lowers cholesterol
Improving blood pressure.
Reduce memory decline in elders.
Reduce/prevent Alzheimer’s.
Slow cognitive decline.
Improve cognitive function.
Lower risk of heart disease by 1/3rd.
22% less likely to have a stroke.
2 oz/week, 46% less likely fatal stroke.
1oz/day benefits fetal development.
Boosts oxygen availability in fitness training.
Cyclists used less oxygen at a moderate pace
Cyclists rode further in 2 min flat-out run.

You owe it to your mother, God (may be one and the same), and country to eat chocolate.

I am new today and guess I need to reply before I can post a thread...

I eat very little chocolate now but ate too much growing up...now and then I'll eat a little pc of dark chocolate. Too much dental work from too much sugar.

What, didn't anybody tell you? That tooth rot and weight gain and all that bad stuff, god gave chocolate an exemption.
It doesn't do anything bad, nothing but rainbows and party balloons from chocolate. :yesnod:
