I guess it should be tall enough so vandals cant reach it, and solid enough that it can't be pulled down.

FAR be it from me to praise Trump in general, but I think it's important to be honest about good things even when bad people do them. So I will say that Trump signed the bump stock ban--which the NRA was against and he certainly could have rejected--and that was a Good Thing(TM).
