The last few days have been heaven. Mid 70s, low humidity...
We've gotten the kayaks out twice this year so far. I really want my fresh air and water time.
Kayakers and canoeists have been hitting the local creeks and rivers pretty hard lately.
This is peak kayak time for me. If I'm paddling, I prefer it not be warmer than like 75F. Any hotter and I'd just as soon be under the water not on it.
And as the summer progresses the water levels often go down.
Absolutely, portaging isn't near the fun.
