What Happened?

How did he do that? there was room to get by on both sides just turn the wheel.
With that much damage it had to being going faster than if it rolled away unattended.

Foot slips off the brake hard and punches the gas.
Or pressing both at the same time but the brakes are getting more hope that pressure..
