Condominiums are for the birds... at least these in the French city of Annecy are.
The city is located on Lake Annecy, a 9 mile long, 2 mile wide, lake on the French/Swiss border.
It appears this is part of a city wide art/craft installation program (tourist [strike]trap[/strike] attraction) each summer.

I don’t know what kind of birds they would attract and since they’re French birds I can’t ask them because I don’t do French and
they don’t do English. I hope they aren’t the type that needs the nest box cleaned at the end of the season.
