[Folk] Whos first album do you think is better?

Either Peter Paul and Marys or Gordon Lightfoot??

Both are insane!!!!!!!!! -- But Peter,Paul and Mary had a harder time working together so I think from a creative stand,thier album is better but Gordons first IS INSANE also!!!!!!!!

I guess I pick Gordon Lightfoot :)

I'm not too big on PPM but Gordo is good stuff. My lack of interest in PPM is probably a hold over from being repetitively hit over the head with it by my Boomer music teachers.

What is this "music teachers" of which you speak? :eyebrow:
PP&M were great in a small club of maybe 100 people. (Mary was barefoot)

Public schools used to have these classes where all the kids would ruin music regardless of origin. It must have been a tough gig for a teacher who enjoyed actual music.
