Actually there's a couple businesses on the first and second floors and residence on the third floor.
What was one of Rockwells studios next door is now a Rockwell museum.

Benny and the fam had very expensive sandwiches on that street during leaf season. It was a madhouse. We ate on the grass by the museum and Benny made a lot of old-timers happy.

The whole world smiles when Benny smiles, it's a mystery how a heart that big fits in a body that small. :heart-on:

I want to tell you 'bout the town of Stockbridge, Massachusetts, where this is
Happenin'. They got three stop signs, two police officers, and one police
Car, but when we got to the scene of the crime, there was five police
Officers and three police cars, bein' the biggest crime of the last fifty
Years and everybody wanted to get in the newspaper story about it

I looked for the restaurant, but couldn't locate the railroad tracks.

I don't think there are any tracks in Stockbridge, the tracks run south of the Housatonic River.

Arlo said the restaurant was "just a half a mile from the railroad tracks"...

Turns out to be next door to the building that's for sale.
It's the building with the Christmas tree in the window of the 2nd floor where Rockwell had a studio as shown in the painting.
