Ladybug ladybug fly away home,

She was crushed by a falling tree.

Brazil’s official numbers now tally more than 79,500 fires this year—more than half of those in the Amazon, making this the “most active fire year in that region since 2010.”
The majority of these fires are intentional, set by farmers and ranchers to clear fields and open up land for grazing.

Looks like it didn't help much, just made a bunch of smoke and got rid of the leaves.



Fire is unhealthy for children and other living things.

Aren't we all indigenous, or is nobody indigenous except the couple hundred people living in that same spot in South Africa where we all started?

Let's not get hung up on vocabulary words. Wherever people are living at this moment in history, it's bad if they are getting kicked out of their homes by force.
