The owner was pretty proud of his truck so he pulled it in his garage and took a picture. The door handles look like pods.

Certainly.

Must be a ford Pickup all polished up.

The clue is in the tire tread.

You get a vehicle all clean and polished up like that, and then have to worry about keeping it clean.
