That's a hell of a big tattoo. I've seen of course the typical "tattooed man/woman" who is covered in many small tattoos, but damn, that's huge.

From the shaddow, I think you can guess their career. From left to right, they are "Surfer, biker, hider, bearing, programer, tennis player". The title is " This Summer".

What are hider and bearing?:confused:

from the photo I'd guess that "bearing" is "rollerblader" — there are tanlines from the bladeboots and elbow & knee pads.

"hider" ... I"im thinking perhaps scuba diver ... wetsuit lines? My other guess was aerobics instructor

I'm very amused by "programmer" which is how I was identifying the guy as well.

That's a PFD, ie lifejacket.

I've never met a surfer that can't swim, and usually the board is a form of a PFD. I'ma stick with my label of Village People Surf Dude.

I don't know much about surfing (I have several friends really into it, along with rock climbing, sky diving, scuba, snowboarding, and all kinds of other extreme stuff I've never tried), but it would make sense to me that a surfer might want a floatation device connected to their body in case they're knocked unconscious. At least for water-skiing, it's required to wear one, so while my traditional mental picture of a surfer doesn't include anything like that, I'm not ready to rule out the possibility that a surfer might use one.

I have never seen that leather that you said.
